- Download Mod Engine 2 + Lazy Loader bundle
- After downloading, extract the contents of the Bundle zip file to your AC6 Game Directory.
- Download 'AC6 Armoury' Mod
- Move the contents of the 'AC6 Armoury' mod into the "mod" folder that comes with the Bundle.
- Run the "modengine2_launcher.exe" file.
let's hope i can answer it -w-')>
So for me I did not go through the sites instructions, I downloaded the latest version of Modmanager2 from their GitHub. Should be findable with Google.
Put the zip file contents into the Armored Core directory.
Added a new folder called "AC6 Armoury" in the Mods folder Modmanager 2 added from the zip file in the Armored Core directory.
This also added the config_armoredcore6.toml file into the games directory.
I then opened and edited the file in notepad, it has instructions within and edited the code
mods = [
{ enabled = true, name = "AC6 Armoury", path = "mod\\AC6 Armoury" }
]
Anything with a # in front is a comment/instructions and will be ignored by the game.
You then open the game by using the modmanager2_launcher.exe or with the launchmod_armoredcore6.bat file.
imma skip downloading part cause i assume you already downloaded mod engine 2 and the mod
1) backup your save file, it's on C/Users/(your name)/Appdata/roaming/armoredcore6
2) on mod engine 2, make sure you have AC6mod folder in it, and extract the whole content
of the armoury mod to it
3) open launchmod_armoredcore6.bat from the mod engine 2 folder
my modengine folder is even separated from the main AC6 folder directory, i literally just put it on a mod folder on E
edit:
hold on, i just realized about this part, you have completed the game in xbox, right? how far were you in this pc version? you might need to unlock the vanilla part first cause the mod is an expansion of the vanilla weapons from the game,
i also noticed that they add armoury word on the title screen, and they changed the garage screen when i opened it, did you have that screen when you opened the launchmod bat?
