Beyond that, I think you're looking too deep into it, story was excellent compared to what I was expecting from a game I was playing to step over beta robots for dopamine hits.
Each ending has pros and cons.
One ending has you genocide an entire planet in order to preserve humanity.
One ending has you help the local inhabitants of a world destroy the corporate forces invading their planet, but leaves the future unknown.
And one has you evolve humans into living machines, which while destroys our current perception of humanity is believed to lead to a better outcome.
None of them are strictly good or evil, it all depends on perspective and what you believe is the right choice.
