Do I need to redo the entire campaign again to unlock decision missions?
I have done every loghunt available to me and did NG++, still don't have level 15 or all of the arena stuff yet, do I have to redo everything again to get Eliminate Cinder Carla?

Yes, you have to.
And you have to at least beat it ONCE in order for it to unlock for replay.
Yes.

so you did NG++ while doing the same decisions you did previously? what you are supposed to do is always pick the opposite one that you picked from the last playthough. on the second playthrough most of the decisions are the same as the first playthrough except a couple exceptions and ALT missions. then once you done both endings is when the 3rd set of decisions show up.

yeah i picked the same one so i could finish up the combat logs, not realizing it'd force me through the same garbage story a 4th time
its easy man, trust me, the next playthroughs take half as long. if you want to speedrun & cheese them just to get the story, just do it, nobodies gonna blame you.

Could have just replayed mission for the logs?

You can acquire combat logs by replaying missions, too. You don't have to get them from the storyline. If you already know this, please disregard.

There's New Game, New Game + for the alternative route/missions (some of which only become available on a second playthrough to enable said route), and New Game ++ (second verse same as the first).

ideally you will pick different choices for every single thing on playthrough 2 (NG+) and then again only pick things you have never done when the option is available on playthrough 3 (NG++). if you do that you will have every mission completed by the end of NG++ and can potentially have every part unlocked just before the final boss fight

Why in God's name would you not pick the different choice in each playthrough, it's pretty obvious that that's how you unlock all of the missions and arenas.

Well that was pretty stupid of you.
Considering tthe option to re-play ANY mission you have completed at any time no matter what play through is available to you from the get go. You have noone to blame but yourself for your silliness.

right, because making people play through the same content three times to pad out the playtime and throwing a couple tetrapods in to make you google is great game design
typical fromdrone silliness

A lot more differences than a couple tetrapods
If your not enjoying the game just put it down for a bit maybe?
