Save file transfer from Fitgirl or pirated save.
As my title suggests, I want my Ng+ completed save file to transfer over to main file. I want this to be seamless, do I follow the primary rool of thumb as all other games such as just make a copy of already present save file and then launch then game once>close it>Replace the newly created save file with pirated one? Or some other deal.

I'm not sure if this helps, but I have heard of FromSoftware banning people from online play, for having modified save files. I know someone who got banned because they transferred the paint/decals from the co-op mod, to the original game. So, I thought I would warn you in case that interests you.

If you just replace saves high chances game won't load them. Try this Armored Core 6 Save Transfer Tool[www.nexusmods.com] mod.

turn off steam cloud
launch the game
generate a save
quit game
ensure steam cloud doesnt sync
go to %AppData%/Roaming/ArmoredCore6/(UserID)/ (steamOS maybe different)
backup this folder
go to your alternative save
copy the exact contents
paste it back into %AppData%/Roaming/ArmoredCore6/(UserID)/ (steamOS maybe different)
load the game and check if everything works err on the side of caution to not go to NEST maybe you can if you want
once verified that everything is working
launch the game again and turn on steamcloud
quit

the reason why you need to er on the side of caution when going to the nest is because of the steamID associated with the savefile its infact tracked by the backend server which may or may not be flagged

yeah you will even get banned if you load a backed up save that was previously yours in the first place, so basically if you save scum or use other saves other than your most recent save you will get banned unless you are offline the whole time while using the older save.

not worth it unless you are okay with offline play.
