Worm cannons for a stun. Bazooka to hold her in the stun. Then use the moonlight blade to finish the combo while she is still locked down. Also, shoot for a minimum boost speed of 315.
Now for that one spooky zigzag attack she does to create a nuclear explosion. Just dash either left or right. The zigzag is meant to confuse you but just know that the attack is just a explosive beam.
Ayre's missiles can be a bit tricky too since they are weird but they are relatively easy to dodge. Think of most of the missiles she produce are like homing shotgun shots. The catch is that they group up in a delay just before they hit you and that is your time to dodge. There are her other missile attacks as well but they aren't as irritating so you should be good.
Finally, plane laserbeam. stay in the ayre while she is busy flying around looking cool af and when she is done and about to shoot (you'll see her transforming), just descend from the air and that is enough to dodge it.
As for phase 2, all the prior still applies but just that she's faster.
Good luck!
Cheese.
Ayre loves taking all your shots (pause), so you don't really need firearms specialization if you're willing to exploit pauses in her movement. I'd save the walls for the second phase.
Stability damage is encouraged. The plasma shields go down quickly with sustained 300+ damage fire. Stun weapons, especially the needles, really helped, but the laser knife and zimmerman might be the easiest way to chain staggers and damage. Usually, after 2 or 3 missile barrages, she will fly around you before melee attacking.
Her wing blades are somewhat easy to spot if you're at a distance. You can bait her by jumping or flying and then fall to the ground before she reaches you. Doing enough damage in this form will prevent her from doing the massive flight attack (for me).
As for her explosive attacks in the second phase, alternate between flying and boosting, or use the walls as cover. I don't do well with her ghost best friends, so I just charge right at her full-force. I found that it's more predictable by forcing her on the edge (pause) of the map, since the ghosts will only come from one general direction.
Explosives are also decent, but I never really found them to be useful. The main worry is repair costs, but ammo seems to impact mission ranking a lot, too. Not sure about time, since I took 6 minutes.
and since you're using rj leg, you'll want to stay on ground as much as you can to use the hopping power from the leg to dodge her attacks, i usually pair the directional dodge with a jump upward for a panic button if i'm out of energy
or, if you don't mind changing your build, https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3396737401
it's speed will help you passively dodge most ayre's long range attack, and the quick boost will help you dodge her other attacks
i forgot that i also reflexively put basho arm for that bunk damage increase, mb -w-')>
