Good fast build for PVE?
I just knocked out my first playthrough using heavy bipedal builds with mostly gatling guns, bazookas, and missiles. I'd like to go for a new playstyle on NG+, so what is a decent build that still had enough DPS to take down bosses?

If you don't have FCS ocellus yet, you can use ABBOT instead, all of them should be available in shop iirc, if not, melander/basho arm and any headpiece should be good i think, get close, barrage with the smgs, if they're staggered, change to melee and triple melee attack+a kick to another melee attack.

No need to commit to melee if you felt it's too risky to do full combo and still can boost out of melee animation

Two Ransetsu-RF rifles can, all by themselves, kill anything with ease and from quite a long way away. The shoulders can be empty you'll still be fine. Just go with whatever missiles you like. BML-G2/P05MLT-10 are probably optimal, but it really doesn't matter. You'll sweep everything effortlessly.
They are broken for PvE. They pull multi-duty as stagger creators and stagger punish. From a distance. Plus they have so much ammo they clean mob trash up efficiently as well.
Just make sure you use the RF's. The similar looking/named Ransetsu-AR's are hot garbage. Also, only use the tap fire. The charged three shot burst is useless.

Ran-RF's have some competition from the Harris, but that's really more of a sidegrade since while it does more damage/impact it has less bullets in the clip.

I have two lighweight ACs that im quite fond of, both revolve around constant agression to build up stagger:

Tachyon Pulse: 5FNSD25V3U0C

A double laser pistol/pulse cannons build with the Alba parts. Great for constantly building up damage, with charged pistol shots providing extra stagger potential. Particularly effective against enemies with pulse armor. I also like using the laser orbiter shoulders as an alternative as well. Ammo and heat management can be a problem if you're not careful tho, plus ammo costs are quite significant as well

Kill Bee Orange: QAF5SA90HD2A

Triple miniguns (2 shoulder, 1 handheld) + laser dagger build that i originally made for PvP back when the Lammergeier parts first came out. Basically you want to build up stagger with the miniguns then go in for the kill with the dagger; simple but effective. The key here is timing your shots to avoid overheating the miniguns (especially the shoulder ones) and dodging enemy attacks. The light tripod leg is also unique because it moves faster in hover mode, so for extra speed just hovering slightly above ground is super effective

My goto was full Lammergier frame, San-Tai power supply, dual Attache guns and dual Duo-03 launchers. While it's flimsy, it's also extremely fast and can stay in the air forever, and apply hilarious amounts of pressure.

Nacht Core, Firmeza Legs, Nacht Arms, and firmeza head. Put on Kikaku, with ming-tang gen, a pulse blade and turner/curtis, with no shoulder weapons. Kind of a challenge run build, but you'd be surprised how fun it is.
