No. My fps itself was fine. Just every 5 second I had a split second freeze. But the frames themselves were 120 fps where I had capped the game.
As I was troubleshooting this I ran into a lot of advice that you should disable core 0 of your cpu in task manager for AC6.
Another popular advice for having poor fps for AC6 was to disable hyperthreading in bios.
I did not try any of those since I refuse to "enable / disable" things in bios or other hardware settings just for one game.
Could you try it with V-Synch on or off on the stutter issue?
I have no issues anymore, it was Windows update problem. The game runs normally again.
