This and use body parts resitance to energy weapons. Plasma Missile Launcher Vvc-703PM (shoulder weapons) works fine whit these invisible minions and can spam it to the boss to make him lost all dash energy and give you chance to do a directly heavy shoot. Any way all faster enemies usually have less HP if yiu can push him to a wall and no leave him move spaming in his face all weapons at same time usually works (if you have a lot of AP)

Anyway, what happens in that final room is that there are 3 invisible snipers on the walls and a pursuer with pulse armor on the ground. To find the snipers, you can either look at your radar (the red dots at the bottom) or use Scan (that has a finite range). If you use the radar, just know that the aim reticle only locks onto the enemy when you're right on top of them. If you Scan instead, they'll stay revealed for a few seconds. What you have to pay attention to is that the snipers will relocate to another place after firing a few times or if you stay near them for too long. The best chance to kill them is when you shoot them from the wall and they fall down (any attack will knock them from the wall).
It takes some time to perfect, and once you do so, it's rather simple. About the pulse shield guy, leave him for last. Don't stay too long in a place trying to kill a sniper, or the pursuer will catch up and use that energy whip.
Also, don't attack them as they fall down from the wall after you hit them with something to knock em off. Why? because of JANK. shooting them as they fall can push them back enough they catch on the pixel wide ledge, then recover up there.
Wait for them to hit the ground, then bazooka/melee/etc punish them. and you will probably kill them off easily instead of let them recover due to physics ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
Also. pulse weapons are trash. even against pulse shields. Machineguns are your friend if you want a gun to deal with those better. Even the tutorial machinegun is so much better vs pulse shields (and won't be too overheated to shoot them when stunned) it is great even against late game bosses with pulse shields.
Finally, they all have a little too much health. Just enough to call them "overtuned" even as you S rank them. With your early game stats, the cloaked snipers can survive being counter sniped with a charged laser cannon shot. (Or at least, did at launch. though I doubt any patches made that able to one-shot them).
Top to bottom, the problem is "Yeah these are overtuned" with a side of jank betraying you if you try to play smart. Even treating them as a joke and killing the main target first while dancing around sniper fire, I gotta be honest about that.
Here is an S Rank clear on a fresh save with only gear available on the first clear.
