Decision mission?
I'm in chapter 3 and I have these missions tagged with "decision." Does it mean I can only pick one and skip the other? I'm in a habit of taking big challenges, so I'm inclined to pick the one with 300k credits instead of 270k otherwise. Can you tell me without spoilers how these two affect later game? Maybe suggest what I should go for?

Just pick as you want, you can replay the other in NG+.

EDIT: For the first two endings, only the last Decision mission matters, and you will know when the time comes.

Does it affect anything later? Like, does it make something unavailable or available later? Do I get to kill some boss early and then get it not to show up later or something like that? Are there missions like this?

Yeah, you pick one, and it skips the other. The game is designed to be played thru multiple times, once you beat the game you get thrown into new game plus mode.

Basicly, picked whatever decision mission you like on your first playthought, then on NG+ just pick the opposite choices.

Nope, not until NG++ where more decisions will show up, for the first two playthroughs, you will simply skip the mission you didn't choose in the current playthrough.

The one you pick changes the story line. Pick one, remember it, and on the next playthrough, pick the other. When you complete both, you can play through a third time with a third option.

Easiest way to do this is to like always pick the bottom/top option on PT1 then so the opposite on PT2.
