I was in oro's stream a few times while he was at it. He was playing BVO before it got nerfed though. That said, I'm comparing more to tournament players, ramenrook and sillygoose tend to be the main BVO players in tournaments. Ramen has swapped into kiting since the bvo nerf, sillygoose is trying to take up the mantle.
I suppose if your goal is just climbing to S then you can get up there with BVO, getting into top 100 on S would be rough, as would tournament level play. Oh, also, BVO, if you don't know the acronym, is "basho, viento, ocellus", as a type of build using vientos to stagger and a blade to punish.
Because AC6 is already struggling to maintain even the bare minimum player count to support any kind of online experience, let alone a PvP one; and on top of that a competitive one?
I'm sorry, I love this game too; but you're hopelessly naive if you think online play won't be a ghost town in a year or so.
There are only 1,200 people playing AC6 right now, what percentage of those do you think would be playing PvP online? Maybe 10%? And that's being very generous imo. So 120 people playing online? You can't have a healthy online community with barely a hundred people, a number which; is only going to continue to dwindle over time.
I don't think anyone's delusional to be thinking this game is gonna be having super high player counts a year from now outside of dlcs coming out that bring people back around and expansions. That said, we really don't need huge amounts of players, pvp is perfectly healthy as is at the moment. There's multiple discords focused on pvp and the competitive scene, there's thousands of people even in the top tier of ranked, tournaments get good turn outs even when prizes aren't offered, we even have 3v3 tournaments going.
I myself that there are healthy RTS small scenes that have population around thousands at best like SupCom FA.
Always love those tight knit community because it's less about the money but having fun instead.
Yeah same, I'm used to a lot of RTS communities, always comfy.
Your Armored Core must be built from Copium lol.
Top kek.
Lemme know if they are still instant a year from now lol.

But its nice to see every thread in this forum no matter the subject is just obnoxious pvpers just coping.
Why are you so oddly fixated on saying the game is dead and dying and complaining about a game becoming less popular a year after it's been out... which like every game ever is less popular a full year after it's been out?
