Will the pre-order bonus dlc go on sale?

Even though the DLC provides little, I like having the complete games. I would like to wait for them to release the pre-order bonus dlc

You might want to read the store page again. You will find Armored Core 6 does not have any DLC of any kind at the present moment. The pre-order bonus was an early unlock of parts you can acquire in-game. In other words, people who pre-ordered the game were given select parts freely instead of having to buy them with the in-game currency you earn by playing the game.
