“NEW GAME” option on title screen

Just wondering, what does it do? Does it reset all the shop, arena, combat log, etc. or just start a new NG+?

It overrides your current save and starts over. Confused as to why the game doesn't have save slots.

Starts a new game and clears all progress, it keeps all your saved AC's, though you cant load them till you re-collect the required parts.

It's quite weird that there's only one profile, I miss the multiple saves/profiles :(

EDIT: Hope they add it in the DLC/expac.

Adds new routes in missions, new parts, new arena opponents, additional missions. Normal NG+ stuff for the series really. AC has always been worth 2-4 playthroughs to see everything since they've almost always added new things with each NG+ cycle. We'll most likely get the usual treatment of a more expanded version of the game in the future as well with a slightly new story, parts, missions, etc since they never do expacs for this series like in soulsborne games.

Ok, just so I have this right, once I beat the game, do I select New Game on the main menu to start NG+?
