Do we know if further updates/DLC are planned?
Just wondering if I should spend the time to re-tune some of these builds!

From what I can gather, there will most likely be a planned DLC with this game due to its success alone. Couple that with Fromsoftware's tendency to do ".5" versions of the generations and the setup the third ending has, it isn't a stretch to say that a DLC or expansion might be in the works at the moment. That however, will most likely be far off from now with regards to a release schedule.

There is also this article by IGN India that stated that there are files in the game that allude to a DLC of sorts. There is a video by ZullieTheWith in YouTube that shows that there are files in the game that indicate unused parts but what or when there are or were for remains to be seen.

But yet again, it all should be taken with a grain of salt. Easiest thing to make your mind safe, there is most likely gonna be a DLC, but it will be far off from now. So in the mean time, play some other games .

Sounds good, thanks for reminding me of that article and of Zullie's work. Well, I just finished no-hit all bosses in Elden Ring and all the other souls games at max NG, been having a lot of trouble no-hitting things in this game. Maybe I'll practice, or maybe I'll start grinding Sekiro. Hm. Decisions lol.

What's your favorite game?

That's difficult to say. My nephew asks the same question a lot but I tend to always hold Super Metroid and Halo Combat Evolve in my heart.

Maybe those two since they were my childhood and introduced me to gaming as a whole.

Hbu?

Super Metroid is a great choice!

Probably old school Demon's Souls, for me. Either that or Dark Souls 2.

Friendly reminder, these specific messages:
710000 DLC parts have been deactivated
710010 DLC emblems have been deactivated
710020 DLC AC data has been deactivated
710030 Change in DLC ownership status has altered AC assembly.

Are likely related to having or lacking the Melander C3 "DLC"

Never played demon souls, I think, not too sure tbh as I had a friend who had some fromsoft titles that I tried to play. I played Dark souls 1 and didn't get too far tho but I remember killing the black knight that was guarding something in an early level by using the dragon's flames.

I thought to myself, "Hmmm, I wonder if the dragon on this bridge can damage this guy?" the I proceeded to lure him up there, started to chug on the flask and all I knew is that he was dead. That was cool AF.

Yeah I know, that is why I said to take it with a grain of salt. But I think somewhere in the article there is a reference to a dataminer saying that it could be something else as well but feel free to correct me there.

Yeah, there are a lot of cool things you can do in the older games, and a surprising amount of design-overlap from Armored Core, actually. DS2 even has similar tracking as Armored Core games, but barely anybody notices lol

I did not see a video in that article, but I feel like it's supposed to be this one:

We will for sure. Check out Miyazaki's thoughts about it here:

Tl/dr

Miyazaki wants more Armored Core games and was happy with the reception of AC6
