AC6 did pretty well sales wise so maybe we'll get something. Probably not soon though.
Every single Armored Core generation has gotten at least one expansion, even the ones that weren't received all that well - and AC6 is the most commercially successful AC game so far.
My take here is that AC6 being used to establish and highly polish the base format for future AC games. I would not be surprised to see another part category or two enter the mix later on once From feels the current set is nice and balanced - just about every arm in the game has what appears to be a mounting point on the shoulder that isn't being used for anything, for example. Lots of signs point to there being plenty more Armored Core in the future - but today's gaming content takes lots of man-hours to create.
