I just lift the mouse for autolocking.
Despite this, I gave mouse and keyboard a go. I can say that despite not being what I am used to, the control definitely feels good, it clicked in comfortably in just a few minutes practicing.
I still play with the controller, but I definitely keep my my mouse and keyboard at reach for manual aim sometimes
Super handy when you want to manually place certain AoE attacks at a range, or snipe with the linear rifles at ranges exceeding FCS lock.
