I climbed the ranks using off-meta builds.
We are not the same. In fact, I'm objectively superior, because you're using the meta as a crutch.

Every metaslave, guaranteed, has no idea how to dodge anything. They just spray and pray with viento's so that they get a stagger they can use to oneshot someone with the slicer or dagger, and rarely use any degree of higher brain function to do something as simple as quick boost away from a telegraphed attack faster than a bazooka.

Metaslaves are simultaneously the most cancerous tumor on the AC6 PvP community and also the absolute bottom of the barrel when it comes to skilled play. They will abuse every exploit and overpowered build they can, then call it "skill" when they're using a BVO, and have the gall to claim the PvP in this game is "balanced". They'll even stack the most defence they can so that they're able to fish for staggers (paired with the latency of From's famously horrific netcode, it becomes literally unavoidable with no i-frames on QBs) and use high-damage shoulder weapons like the Earshot or VE-60LCB to instantly end a match.
Don't even get me started on how absurdly unfair the VP-66EG stun gun is. The damage stat is deceptively low but the dps is leagues higher than any other dual trigger weapon.

The PvP community surrounding this game needs to stop licking the boots of tryhards and start calling out toxic players abusing broken builds, or at the very least, stop supporting an unbalanced PvP environment where the gameplay is reduced to rock paper scissors- All meta builds counter non-meta builds, and most meta builds counter eachother in some way. There is no build diversity in this game because you're expected to view the current meta as the baseline for what's "viable", instead of what it actually is:
BROKEN, OVERPOWERED BUILDS THAT SAP THE FUN OUT OF EVERY MATCH THEY'RE USED IN.

I also avoid meta, but this is way too salty and narcissistic. Meta players give me a challenge, and I welcome that.

Most of them are ugly.I dont kown if there is any joy that drive a piece of metal ♥♥♥♥ hover in the sky and launch hundreds of missiles or just lock on and move blindly and shoot to win, the only reason of their victory is somebody like us are trying to play AC6 like AC6 ,not warthunder or WOT.
My AC is light , it uses shotguns and blades, can kill the enemy in exciting close combat ,it looks cool but will be destroyed by ugly tanks or helicopters, just like that in the real world

Thats because you're probably using a meta build yourself and are more used to stun locking an enemy than you are actually dodging. Hell you probably use the emergency evade button , which is super unreliable in PvP for anything other than getting moving in the opposite direction.
