You can increase the deadzone radius if the effect is mild enough for it to work, but eventually you will have to replace either the sensor, the whole right analogue stick module, or the controller itself.
Perhaps it was improperly transported, someone has been too violent with it, or it was lying on its stick in your own house for an extended period of time at some point.
If you do replace the stick or the controller eventually, I recommend you search for options without planned obsolescence built into the mechanism. These exist, but they can be quite costly or difficult to install.
Alrighty! at least i know how to fix it! This is the 2. Xbox Controller inside 1 Year that dying on me. i have a Ps5 Controller here, but this shouldnt happened.
