cap and fast regen.
What I am in no rush to return to is the era of "Boost hop spam or you'll run out of energy fast (and maybe overheat in later cases)", seriously, I get why some would not like the crackhead speeds of 4/4A, but anyone who wants to go back to boost hopping is crazy imo.
I consider myself an enjoyer of limited energy and no scan mode.
Edit: also didn't I kill the OP in AC1? regardless if he could go get zinaida to cameo as a boss for this somehow that'd be sick.
Between ACFA infinite flying and ACV scan mode spam, I'd choose scan mode spam all day every day.
Of course best case scenario is Last Raven energy management balance, where you can only make infinite fly build with heavy sacrifices for specific tasks, but in general can gain limited height without wallhopping.
Because its really not that hard when you get the hang of it and event then you had to do it to dodge most fire. AC4's quickboosts were bascially ac2/3's boost hopping in another form given its purpose for avoiding fire.
Bro don't be like that, it's not like you can't actually control mechs in that game*stares at formula front*
Having smooth multi-directional movement while grounded is one of the major things gens 4 and 5 did right, especially because it evened the playing field between the A.I. and player since any noteworthy enemy/boss AC usually had basically infinite energy reserves unlike the player.
I don't want to see AC4A levels of crackhead speed, but I also don't want to go back to something that was unrealistically clunky and limiting that any remotely difficult enemy just ignored anyway.
