Can't Start after update new patch

Is anyone in the same situation as me? After updating to the patch, I opened the game and only a white screen appeared for a long time. Although before that I still played very normally

Something similar happens to me, except it’s right after the launch menu in which case it freeze then crash

Try verifying the game files (right click on game >> properties >> installed files >> verify integrity).

Elden Ring had similar problems where after an update the game would glitch out until you verified the files, and it seems like AC VI is causing similar problems for some players.

Had the same problem. Can agree that once I verified the files it redownloaded a couple and I was able to continue.

TY!! Today I met the same situation on AC6 and THIS WORKED.

also disable raytracing now working!!

I also just received white screen after the update. First time I verified files it found nothing, but second time it found some 18gb of corrupted files, now it works.

Just wondering, for those suggesting turning off raytracing; how do you do that without accessing the game?

Yeah, the new driver is causing crash issues with Ray Tracing on.

Started happening after updating to the new NV driver. It is stable once ray tracing is turned off.

Yep, for me the new NV driver made it crash instantly with RT on. Reverted to the prior driver and it is fine again.
