Is there a way to Rollback a patch?

I got the game on launch, but doctoral work was busy kicking my ass. I finally got clear & I find out the patch nerfed some bosses?

I don't care what others do re the nerfs, but I'd like to get flogged properly- is there a way to rollback the patch on Steam?

Nah, not really. Unless you want to indulge in a non ownership copy pre patch.

They might have option to change between the "regulations", that has been a thing in the past. The patch notes that I read had nothing that would indicate nerfing the bosses, simply fixing some of their behaviour.

Only thing that would be noticable ingame is the damage buff to the rapid fire weapons that previosly were way too weak.

Based on the changes your probably still gonna get flogged. It's not that big of a change.

OP, if you are unable to find out what was actually patched before you make a thread like this, you should not accept that doctorate.

So, regulation files do not contain data on bosses such as movement, hitboxes, etc. Regulations only contain raw numbers, such as damage, resistances, rate of fire for weapons, etc. When From adjusts movement, those files are stored in the Data files, not the regulation.bin.

So for someone to revert the mod, it would be a lot of work for barely any gain.

The main factor in S ranking missions in this game is speed, and you took too long.
