But realistically it seems like the behavior changes based on what little I'm seeing between the "game ruined" whining (which is hilariously ironic as people have now become the same thing they claimed to hate, whiners) is that the A.I. will not spam things and things like Baletus' missiles won't do mid-air 180s and hit you in the back once you're already past them.
So yeah, not seeing things that actually ruined them, just made them more consistent.
It does seem like all they did is behavior changed a bit. We don't have much to probe since FS didn't reveal much.
The fact the resident pretender is already celebrating and telling people to git gud for easier boss is already a bad sign.
Would be glad with a detailed analysis.
Balteus: his missiles now amining at AC only, no pre-aim and he have no more constant triple bazooka, so as he have normal warning now.
Sea Spider: can't shoot through legs, so as his slam now have fixed hit boxes.
Ibis: Cross slash now have cooldown.
Technically, they made them hard-but-fair.
Them being nerfed doesn't make "hard but fair", but easier.
That was already a pretty good strategy for fighting Balteus even before the patch- SMGs absolutely wrecked his shields and he wasn't small or fast enough to avoid vertical missiles. Plus the basic SMGs got a buff in the patch.
