Previous games bosses were usually ACs and the stronger ones human plus ones.
I am myself a Medium difficulty player, meaning I play ALL my video games in medium difficulty. When I see some vet AC player or even Souls player complaining about difficulty in AC6 I'm like, wtf ?
I've never played Demon souls, never finished Dark souls 1 and 3, never finished Sekiro, i've beated Dark souls 2 a ton of time and Bloodborne too. Most recently, i have 100% Elden Ring. Armored Core 6 is my first ever Armored Core game and i also got every achievement for it (you can check my profile if you don't believe me).
The game give you everything too beat it. You can sell your part the same price you bought them, meaing you can try a lot of build withtout any penalties for doing it. If you can't beat a boss or do a mission, there's nothing wrong to look for advice on forums, reddit, steam etc ...
If I, a medium difficulty player, can beat this game and got all the achievement, then you can do it too.
(Sorry for the wall and my English)
