I want PCA AC parts and weapons!
Plz devs, release some DLC with more missions and allowing us to get PCA AC parts and weapons after completing those missions!

Yeah they have some cool stuff. What were those ones that had like flight boosters on their shoulder mounts that looked sort of like boxy wings with rockets?

What I suggest adding:
- Extensions
- Optional Parts
- Internal Parts
- Weapon Arms
Y'know the things that were in almost every Armored Core prior to this one?

I'd imagine they will platform from this game into making more AC games and hopefully some sci fi leaning games in other genres. Fromsoft have a habit of lightly reusing assets from previous games, for something like this that would be a lot harder. Not a lot of soulslike stuff really fits into this game series and the last AC games were so long ago their assets are basically unusable today.

Also they'd probably want to have a bit more of a light touch while doing a soft reboot for what is essentially a new audience with this game. If they really plowed into all the really heavy accessories and stats that previous AC games enjoyed it would make the learning curve for this game that much steeper. Which as we've seen with how many people bounced off the tutorial heli and then balteus would probably have been tough for a lot of new players.

That'd be quite a trick, considering the PCA doesn't use ACs. The Heavy Cavalry are more like the Big Whites from Silent Line than anything the player uses. Maybe you can get their weapons, but they don't seem that different from the stuff we get generally.

So those "mechs" from PCA that we fight are not AC built with parts like those we pilot? I didn't know that...
Perhaps we could have missions where some AC manufacturer manages to "copy" PCA mechs and weapons as AC parts...

The stuff they use is more advanced than what ACs usually have. It's why the pca are frequently surprised that you are able to beat them "but... it's just an AC..."

Skill difference, honestly. Some of the stuff they have is insane. I mean even the one gundam unit with shield that flies forever is really strong and it's not even an officer's mech.

I got that they use more advanced stuff, but I thought it was just more advanced AC parts and weapons, not a whole different tech.

That I don't think is explained entirely, I think the LCs and HCs are just built as a unit that can't be changed, as opposed to an AC that can be customized to the pilot.

Its like comparing tanks from 50 years ago to tanks today.

Yeah theyre both mechs, but LCS and HCS are technically better in every way than ACs, and are more like a homogenized government standard of advanced ACs

They've always kind of been the "generic bad guy mech thats on equal/better footing than you are" in the series

At the very least, the second wedge shaped laser shotgun seem to be bootleg versions of one of the PCA duo boss mech weapons.

Do wish we got "Is that a TOMMY GUN!?" from that one PCA boss mech, though.

Lmao LCs and HCs are worse in every way than ACs thats why theyre piloted by humans, easy to kill and ACs are piloted by geneticially and scientifically modified supercomputer humans.

No, it's literally a skill difference. The PCA is constantly amazed that you can beat them with "just an ac." And they fight augmented humans all the time. Thats the standard for AC pilots in this verse.

That depend on if you fell for "Missiles are overpowered!" memes as the jetpack type PCA units laugh spaming infinite flare launchers.

Infinite jetpack is also why it took longer for me to kill the optional super jetpack PCA mech than Freud. PCA jetpack boy keeps flying behind skyscrapers to reset stagger. Freud doesn't have cheat codes so whoops S rank quick kill.

You don't: V.I Freud is still a baseline human.

Freud is NOT a baseline human LMAO what are you people smoking.

"Captain of the Vespers.... AUGMENTED HUMAN SQUAD"
"recipient of repeated ADJUSTMENTS just like SNAIL"

The line about him being an "ordinary man" is about his personality, ESL.
