I honestly would not say it is too short, a lot of the playtime is bloated, as it is in any FromSoft game since there are stages where you are stuck, but overall i would not say it is too short, I currently have 24 Hours and i am a third through NG+, i am still having fun trying different builds and hence get disappointed that even tried.
But I am playing this game extra-slow.. very few mecha games out there to play once I finished AC6 :(

If a game is too short, it's usually offset by replayability, which Armored Core is quite good at.
