Based on your specs compared to the minimum specs you can run it.

Edit: Your CPU is just barely under recommended. But that should be fine

The requirements to run the game are actually extremely low (I think you can run it on a 960 or 970?) the only time it shows high requirements is for ray tracing in the garage.

I have a GTX 970, only 8GB RAM and I can run the game on Low with 30 FPS and I'm on the final mission of Chapter 4, I just wouldn't trust my rig for multiplayer lol

i got almost same spec with 32 GB RAM, the game run but with framerate near to 40fps during boss battles on High while otherwise framerate with vsync off is all around the place 70-120fps...
Tho there is a bug that cause terrible stuttering unless you turn off CPU 0, but to do that you need program like Process Lasso because EAC dont allow you to simply turn off CPU 0 in task manager...

I currently have above the recommended but have issues during certain boss battles but I think you'll be fine.

That set up wasn't good 4-5 years ago, it's now 4-5 years in the future from that time. I think you should save up and upgrade. I still have an i797 because there aren't any games that really push the CPU, most games are GPU heavy now which is a good thing. Will your set up run the game? Probably. Will it run it well? Hell no.

Didn't ask, don't care
i played on a 970 gtx gold i7 2200k 3.4ghz 16gb ram and it runs mostly smooth. i get frame drops during big scenes but thats not that often really. my fights run fine. also games loaded on SSD which helps. lots of loading screens.

You literally did ask and no, I'm not telling you to build a high end gaming rig. Just don't be surprised if you don't get a great experience running most modern games with something so old.

I may be hardlocking myself to 30 FPS at low settings but it'll run on my RTX 550.

...Hardly even crashed even. It's nice.
