I love how his name is 'Chatty' because he doesn't talk much, but then ends up being one of the RaD guys who talks to you the most.

Yeah, it's hilarious that the emotionless AI-NPC ends up having as much or more personality than the rest of the cast.

"Chatty" Stick is an absolute top-tier FROM NPC, I rank them up there with Patches, Siegmeyer, and Eileen the Crow.

It's not. Carla simply says he doesn't talk much but handles their system admin duties. You don't find out the AI part until he dies to Freud.
