External Parts Collector Achievement
Currently I have 22 Heads, 15 Cores, 18 Arms and 24 Legs. So everything that PowerPyx and other lists have but achievement didn't pop up. I did all Arenas and Combat Logs. Am I still missing something or the achievement is bugged?

EDIT: Same for Weapons achievement, shop is empty, all chests collected. Are there unlocks for S-Rank missions?

No S Rank unlocks, you either still need to do combat logs or missed some chests.
Having all chests is hard to confirm considering guides don't have them all yet.

Double check if you got all the chests. Could be the EPHEMERA core.

It was indeed two missing chests, one for Core and one for Armor... I guess I need to learn to count again, thanks for the tips.

I've gotten 'Asset Holder,' 'Internal Parts Collector,' and 'Weapon Collector.' Even double checking all the chests in the video linked in the discussion, including the ng++ Xylem mission... Collected all the combat logs and got that achievement (exhausted sigh)... So I don't know how to unlock the achievement...

Ive heard its bugged and sometimes you need to sell some things to the shop then buy them back

I've unlocked that achivement by selling every part and rebuying them. Was surprised to not have it after my third playthrough. I'm just missing some weapon now but already got the achievement for it. My two last achievemet are the S rank and all achievement

Thera a bunch of guides that incorrectly list 17 chests instead of the actual 19 with the last 2 of them being part of the ng++ ending. had me also scratching my head for a bit
