I delivered all combat logs, got all the hidden chests and did all endings and still now achievment for all parts?

Yeah, he said he got all of the chests. My assumption is that for the parts like Right arm weapons and shoulder weapons, he didn't buy both parts or he still has a bunch of stuff in the store to buy.

There are more hidden parts. The xylem mission in the 3rd ending (i think its called regain control of the xylem) has 2 parts. These are not listed on 99% of guides

When you are disabling the Hacking Units. The first one is right at the start, just drop down to the left. The second one I believe is in the second room on a middle platform.

Yeah I have a few parts I need to buy, not a lot though
