Rusty V.IV arena build?

anyone knows or has a decent idea of what his build is. I love speed builds in PVP and just being very fast which got me to have a 7 win streak but fighting him he so far is the fastest I've seen in game and in arena of all things.
Does anyone know his build or is not possible to be at that level of speed.

You can remake his build identically once you beat him!

when you beat ai opponents in the arena their AC loadout is added to your AC assembly preset list.

I'm not sure if anyone has mentioned this, and they shouldn't have as it's a bit of a trade secret, but if you beat him in the arena... you can see his build.
