New Game button goes to Sound Menu

Hey friends! Just got my game in the mail and oh boy do I have something special...

When I click on the New Game button my game goes to the Sound Menu! I have no clue how or why and I am really curious if any of you out there have faced the same issue.

How can I fix this?

There is no excuse for being this kind of idiot. In my defense, just got home from an awesome festival and did not have much sleep but still this is a "Doh!" moment.
