Disable any of that stuff and try again.
Otherwise, hit the system with malwarebytes. It could be something that snuck into your system, doesn't matter if you only built it two months ago, that could still be enough.
Also you don't neet 5 bajillion antiviruses. All you need is windows defender and malwarebytes. Those do the job nicely. Make sure you haven't got anything malicious installed
I have zero cheat software/debuggers/memory mods etc. I also only have Windows Defender and Malwarebytes (because as you said, you only really need those). Yet I am having the exact same issue as OP. Didn't realise this is what was causing my game to never save.
Any tips?
I'm also having the same problem. No cheats loaded, freshly installed game. I've verified game files. I can play 1 sortie and then after mission it says "inappropriate activity detected"
May just refund my money. :(
Everyone's mentioning viruses, so let me be the first to suggest possible drive failure. May be worth running some checks on your SSD/HDD, as it could be faulting. If it is, the sooner you can get a replacement drive and copy everything over, the better, because if that's the issue, it'll only get worse, and probably fast.
I was having crap FPS and freezing - so... I installed on another drive. still got crap FPS and freezing, so I updated my graphics drivers. Now it's smooth, but getting inappropriate action message. So I validated my game integrity, and it's fixed.
Also try another game that has the similar anti cheat, like Halo or Doom Eternal. Something not another game from Fromsoft. If those games get tripped then it's something in the background triggering all the anti cheat stuff.
