There's a reason devs are circling back to retro games, gameplay actually felt good then.
Try playing with mouse and keyboard friendo, really elevated the experience for me.
Yeah, the movement feels really floaty, it's designed like that, it's designed to play like them mecha animes ie:gundam, macross and such.

It feels worse. The PS2 and PS1 games had weight and inertia on the cores. In 6 they float around unencumbered by the game world like cheesy Dark Souls characters
huuh, I don't know man, I definitely feel my inertia here and I use it a lot, I definitely feel way too weighted down on dark souls ?
