Better? Hardly. Amd cleanup isn't magic, doesn't work for Nvidia, and DDU is fine. OP clearly stated he's done it multiple times.
And yet still doesn't work. I installed an Nvidia GPU, a 1070 and when I went back to AMD I had to reinstall windows to completely remove the Nvidia junk. DDU is not the one stop for troubleshooting and yes running AMD cleaner before dismissing it would be wise. But to each his own. BTW he has a 7900 which in an AMD GPU.
Right click on the game in steam library -> Properties -> installed files -> Verify integrity of game files.
I would also try changing from full screen to Borderless window mode.
I play with Ray Tracing on my 7900XTX so I don't think RT is the issue. Can be but why it would work for some and not for others? Unless extra power draw or GPU or CPU overheating cause that. RT uses more GPU and CPU power but also more memory and that may indirectly casing crashes.
