Report a translation problem
You need to go to task manager, detail, right click on AC6, set affinity, untick CPU 0.
Do so and the stutter gone away.
But this action require turning off EAC, and need to redo every time.
Maybe turning off hyperthreading for intel CPU from another user guide is more helpful but i haven't test this yet.

Just so people know... It's Task manager -> right click Armored Core 6 -> Go to details -> right click the application -> Set affinity -> Untick CPU 0
I couldn't find "Set Affinity" for a bit , because I didn't realize you needed to click "Go to details" first.
I would do that but i just get ''Access denied'' error when trying to change things like that.
This didn't fix my issue. Game ran smooth as silk last night. Today, no matter what I do, I get unplayable stuttering.
