Combat log bugged?

Finished Attack the Dam Complex, killed the AC that had the Combat Log sign, replay mission still states that combat log is pending.
Same for Operation Wallclimber.

There is another MT far on the right area before you enter the valley there is another special MT.

If the combat log icon on the replay doesn't show up in general then you have none, if it says "pending" then you don't have all of them on that mission.

I was able to find it by following the right edge of the map. You're looking for a Tetrapod MT that's off by itself. The location is before you fight Index but AFTER you deal with the generators (other than the one behind Index).

Thanks this was exactly what i needed - its also possible to get to this area after you destroy the second generator
