Anyone can snap a screenshot when the FPS counter shows 100. Not to mention that horrible frametime graph which proves terrible stuttering which is more than likely due to shader optimization. A video would have been better. You didn’t really prove anything.

Game seems to be running just fine with a 2080 super 10900K, High graphics rtx Medium only issue so far is the game seems to crash about every hour

Grats on the game performing well for you, it doesn't and won't necessarily for everyone, even those with great specs because the steam port is extremely bad. When turning off hyperthreading in BIOS gives a 4x FPS increase yes the game is poorly optimized.
