Controller or Mouse and Keyboard? What are you using?

I just wanted to start a discussion on it, all thoughts welcome.

Switch Pro Controller. It has proper button layout and doesn't use the xbox ones unlike some other games which is really nice. Had to change the button prompts in the menu to show them first, this is likely going to be something most people will complain about and not look for it in the options.

M+K felt like hell to use so I switched to a controller. Way, WAY, easier to manage all of the things an AC can do. Might try my azeron controller at some point idk yet.

I know controller may be the way most are used to, and of course that's what the first games originally used - but who knows, maybe mouse and keyboard has some advantages? I'm going to play more tomorrow, I just wanted to hear what peoples' thoughts were.

K + M after assigned all my weapons to mouse buttons and changed some other binds up (Tab boost, why?). I havent tried controller yet but I know I can hit charge shots out of lockon range with mouse that would be way harder for me on a controller

xbone controller but struggling because I grip the hell out of the paddle and have big hands. I found myself boosting with L3 unintentionally much like crouching in elden ring.
Getting better at handling it already, after getting smushed by the tutorial boss a few times I corrected myself a bit and prevailed. I'll find out in future missions once I'm rusty from spending hours in customization mode.

M&K Might be better after you redo your keybinds but yea Controller so far for me

I have just stuck with m&K and it seems to work great to be fair. Although I sometimes hit C (repair) when going for V (scan) so I might rebind that...

I did use controller at first. But i tried K+M and i do feel it is really good. So i might acually stick with that.

Controller because thats how I always have played AC. I do see how this one could be played with mouse and key however.

Mouse and keyboard. Apart from some bad UI design the game works extremely well on MnK. I've rebound assault boost to F and shoulder weapons to mouse side buttons though. Q and E while strafing is cringe.

never played anything else in my life and this is very easy to use with default button layout.
