i was hoping to start off the day playing this game with my dual joysticks but no support

Ah, this answers the question I had. I have dual VKB Gladiators and thought they would be perfect for this game. I can remember the PS1 games, and the main limitation was the lack of controls. Not as bad as Krazy Ivan, but pretty bad with the old PS controllers.

If you grab ReWASD you should be able to remap those to an xbox controller just fine.

just tried, ReWASD doesn't support thrustmaster T 16000m.

That's...really odd? ReWASD usually supports any kind of input device including a damn touch screen. Unless the 16000m is neither Xinput nor Direct Input which seems super unlikely.

Edit:

As long as you combine them into a single controller with TARGET first, it should technically work. I don't have one at hand to test sadly.

I just mapped my sticks to a controller output with XOutput. Working just fine for me.

Have you tried AntiMicro X
