Crash on Loading after Main Menu

Like the title says
I can load into the main menu just fine. No error from EAC or anything.

First time encaunter: New Game > Choose the brightness and audio setting > Input name > Loadin (here the crash happened)
Repeats: Go into main menu > Continue > Loading (Crash happened)

The crash pretty much just the game freezes mid loading then closes. There are no error message. My driver also not crashing since i can have it open and it still active.

I tried the EAC bypass, re-verify the game, reinstall latest driver on GPU still the same. Tried some setting also. Highest and lowest graphic setting, every fps cap, vsync on and off, fullscreen, windowed and borderless all still the same

My spec:
- RX6600XT
- Ryzen 5 3500X
- 32GB ram
- (the game is installed on SSD)

anyone having similar issues or have solution or ideas maybe?

I'm currently getting the same issue, my specs are 7800X3D, 7900XTX, 32GB Ram. Hopefully someone can find a solution to it. It just crashes the moment I hit new game/continue

Hmmmm i kinda suspect its Ryzen issue since skimming through discussion many crashes are using Ryzen CPU. But yeah lets hope for a fix soon.

Intel CPU and Nvidia GPU here, same issue. Definitely not AMD-related.

same issue. i managed to kill a few things then it just blacks out and reboots my pc.

Don't know if this helps, happened to me when I started New Game, I set the graphics options to Low before starting again, that solved it for me at least.

Same for me, Rtx 3070 with an Ryzen 5 4600G. I get the game booted then almost immediately crashes. its odd that my monitor loses signal and powers down, but I can alt tab out and the desktop comes back up...

It's likely a Video file related issue, when games like these usually starts at a new game it runs a video footage for the intro?

verify file integrity again just in case, or rename video games so it skips over?

Uh for me it happen during the loading screen after i press New Game or Continue. I did verify file integrity but no luck there as well.

just finished verifying and it said 12 files was messed up so we'll see rn thank you bro
