Steam deck issue

I can load up the game but it will not leave the title screen that says press any key , am currently attempting a reinstall

Game won't even start for me

runs great for me. there was no controller template active, had to activate one of the officials. theres even one for the deck.

Do you have anything set for proton? I'm disappointed that I can't even get the game to launch. I've had this issue with other unrelated games like Dishonored 2.

im on a rog ally and ya i hit start then the button changes to blue then back to play it gos...........

Just tried with that version, no luck unfortunately. I've also got cryo utilities.

Mine always crashes at a white screen after showing easy cheat. Tried several protons, including GE-Proton8-13 and nothing changed. I am on Main Stable.

Still having this issue. Gonna keep this bumped in the hopes someone has a fix.

Proton Experimental, Steam OS 3.5 - Works great (but perfomance is random, 60/40 fps great one mission, other mission - hard 30 fps)

i tried the gamepad template but i still cant get it to work. remapped it too but no dice. any ideas?

re install did nothing. I connected. a keyboard and it let me menu, I then reapplied default controls and reset my deck and it worked , not sure what really did it

my fix. started game in desktop modecontrols worked then switched back to game mode. controls fixed

Same issue, game crashes after the anti chean splash and a white screen,
Tried GE.12/13 and experimental, rebooting, desktop mode, changing gamepad template, more rebooting, etc
I was on OS Main / Client Beta, and now Stable/Stable, still crashing
