it looks like a problem with anti cheat, you can follow the same steps as this elden ring EAC bypass method: https://wiki.speedsouls.com/eldenring:EAC_Bypass
1. Create a file in the Game folder (for me, it's C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\ARMORED CORE VI FIRES OF RUBICON\Game) named steam_appid.txt
2. In the contents of the file, put 1888160 which is the app id of the game
3. Launch via the executable directly to avoid EAC
Ideally we can figure out why EAC is misbehaving in the next few days, but in the meantime, at least this lets you play offline!
