I am but for some people its running fine.

My GPU is exactly the recommended one in the specs and it's stuttering like crazy, even on medium, and CPU load is not even high either. Another top tier From PC release.

5900x/3080 here, managed to get around 20-40 fps turning everything to low and allowing the auto detect render settings to do its thing.

That makes no sense whatsoever, has to be some kind of hardware issue

Yeah, it is almost unplayable for me. Got AMD's latest Ryzen 7 7800X3d and Radeon RT 7900XTX but they are not used at all. lags like hell, gotta be an online game connection issue.

Yeah, crazy stuttering everywhere, from the opening cinematics after you start the game, right the way through to gameplay. Ugh.

To be fair it sounds like an amd issue i got 13500 + 3080 running perfectly fine cranked up to the highest settings but idk

I7-7700K, 3080 TI, 64 GB RAM, even the main menu struggles to maintain about 20 FPS, the actual cinematics and the game run much better (45 - 55) but still dips horribly when the action during play gets frenetic at all. It seems to be bottlenecked by the CPU the most, just locked in at 50% usage, while the GPU is getting far less action.

That would somewhat make sense as my CPU is clearly much older than my GPU, except the I7-7700 is one of the recommended CPUs, and why is the main menu so choppy?

I did however need to change to borderless fullscreen and back to fullscreen to get native 1440p it seems real dumb because none of my games did this

consoles run on AMD hardware i bet get zero issues with my RX6800 cus it all sounds like NV issues too me they will get it working in next patch/hotfix

Got an RX 6600, runs fine for me on max settings

Getting 40~55 fps with recomended settings for Ray Tracing, it's not that bad for me, but the cutscenes not at 60fps is kinda weird

1080p High settings capped at 60. No drops with 2700x/3060ti

It runs great for me, Ultra wide 1440p G-Sync. RTX 4080 and I9 12900K. Staying above 100 FPS at all times. Mostly locked at 120 so far.

To be fair , nope. 5800X3D and 6750 runs smooth so far. There are so many factors why people get stuttering, anti virus, storage drive and the most popular to over look the motherboard.
