"Now that the game is officially released in NZ store, here is a full walkthrough of the game. This features all the main missions, training mission, all bosses, all endings, etc. In order to get all the endings in the game you need to beat the game 3 times, New Game, New Game +, & New Game ++. Once you beat NG++ and get your third ending, you unlock S-Ranks for the missions. I've put in about 30 plus hours, as I was able to zip past the harder parts once I found a really broken setup at the end. I've edited out all the deaths as well as the customization as it would be over 20 plus hours and I wouldn't be able to post in 4K quality. Also I've cut out repeating missions from NG+ & NG++. Only showing new missions, bosses, events, and endings in those modes. Check out the extended timeline below. Hope you guys enjoy as this video is around 40 hours in the making!"
Still does not change the fact that doing everything once took him 12 hours.
There you go, got you your clown award for your profile. I don't know how you were missing it.
Bruh....
In order to get all the endings in the game, you need to beat the game 3 times.
It has New Game + and New Game ++, during which you get more upgrades, weapons, parts etc. and that is a big part of the content staying fresh (why else would there be two NewGame's if you'd stop growing your builds in one playthrough?).
You can go back to replay missions to get more cash to afford weapons as well.
This also does not include any deaths, any grind or any detours - not to mention upgrading and customizing your mech, trying out different builds that work that will take time (at least for me it sure will)
This is just basically edited to be a straigthforward movie with no blunders, detours, or any "uninteresting" viewing.
So with all due respect, that does not mean "the game is 12 hours".
Do you have any idea how much time from some near 100 hours I played of Elden Ring would be cut if I posted the playthrough so that I didn't show any of the deaths, but only compiled the parts where everything succeeded? I mean sure, Elden Ring is open world, but just overall to cut all deaths of a FromSoft game - or any game - does not represent the time it will take you to play through it.
Oh and I'm not saying this to argue or judge your reaction, just trying to reel in that disappointment that this video isn't really showing how much meat the game will have to chew on, as it's compiled.
Sounds to me this game will at least give some 50 hours of fun with it's new game's and witnessing the endings
+ multiplayer + challenge modes.
We'll be eating good soon, I have no doubt about this :)
Edit: Fixed my mistake, didn't realize this video did infact have the New Game + and New Game++ too, my bad.
