There are no Informations if and when a pre-load for Steam will be available.
Pre-load is mostly tacted 24, 48 or 72 hours before release, in very rare cases in 12 hour tact. This means the pre-load can still start 36, 24 or 12 hours before release but nobody knows now.
I ask the Armored Core team on Twitter (they posted the release time and so on there) but till now I got no respond - I tell you if they answer.

I wish all the people asking about this would make them let us preload the game sooner but there is currently no information available.

My best guess is 24 or 48 hours before release.

If/when they let us you can be sure people will post on the forums about it.

I don't know if you guys know this but it's releasing 10pm UTC which is 5pm CST in the USA. So it's 23rd at 5:00PM CST

Don't really care if we get pre-load or not since that's download time plus decrypt time. Might as well just download the released game.

Elden ring had a 48 hour preload on steam prior to game launch, i remember preloading as soon as i could

As for AC6 i would say either a 24 hour preload period leading to game launch or N/A

1 day 16 hours left for me UK time well not to much of a problem for me since got virgin media 200mb/s around 30 min-1hour to download
