Controller support is already confirmed by pre-release footage showing Xbox controller buttons in the tutorial.

Armored Core has always been developed for consoles, of course it would have controller support. Armored Core 6 is the first cross platform to include PC.

It has already been confirmed coop is not present in AC6. I think there will be Team VS in PvP. That'll be the closest to coop you will get unless FromSoftware decides to provide an update or DLC for coop exclusive missions. But I think that will be unlikely.
