As far as we know, in armored Core 6 the only meaningful online interactions are an optional separate menu PvP arena mode. And parts for that more are things you unlock in single player, not the other way around.
That and generating build sharing codes. So it should be just fine for offline.
Armored core V is the on where they experimented with guild ratings that were slower to grind solo for the campaign because they were trying an online robot war segment again. But that is the exception for armored core games rather than usual.
So I can understand the question if you were looking up the most recent armored core games, and got results about "Ugh ACV online war is dead now" or a tangent about chromehounds.
No official confirmation tho.
