This is the only forum where people respond this way. I'm thinking you're probably on here too much. Better for your mental space to pull out from time to time, so simple explanations don't bother you so much. No need to draw a line in the sand over internet replies, life's bigger than that.
Refunded the game because of this. Don't put this absolute garbage in games, especially ones that don't even need multiplayer to begin with.
People recommending to disable the stack protection are absolutely delusional.
Sure, it works. But you know what also works without mucking about in security settings? Using a crack
You could just launch the game with Special K to get around EAC and you'll get better frame pacing, lower input latency, etc.
It seems that the version that comes with the game in the path ("C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\ARMORED CORE VI FIRES OF RUBICON\Game\EasyAntiCheat\easyanticheat_eos_setup.exe") is file / product version 1.20 while the version used to up date the Windows Easy Anti Cheat service is 6.0.0. If you look at services in Windows (start -> run -> services.msc) the service that is installed with the game is called "Easy Anti-Cheat (Epic Online Services)" but if you install the service update, a new service designated as "EasyAntiCheat" appears in the service list as well.
Ever since installing the service update, I've not had issues with being online with the AC6 server. So far, so good.

Support your fellows who are fighting for you... stop gaslighting your own freaking people who are trying to put pressure against this bs trend of getting HIGHEST access to our entire systems.
IMPLEMENT SERVER SIDE anticheat. That;s literally the solution. Stop rootkitting users. All it takes is someone to get past any companies security. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stop arguing for TOTAL INVASIVE ANTICHEAT at the user expense. Its Complete garbage
