No preorder for Venezuela?

So... First Tales Of Arise, then Naruto X Boruto which is not even available in Steam store for us but for the rest of latam is and now this.

Bandai Namco is turning 100% racist towards Venezuela i guess? sorry if this sound salty but preorder was available 2 days ago and i was waiting some money to preorder but now it turns out i can't now. Heck even we can't buy Scarlet Nexus (even if it shows add to cart option, after you press buy it will bounce back) or let some people buy them for us because now Scarlet Nexus codes and gift are totally banned to Venezuela.

What is happening? there are countries that are in a worse political and economical situation like Cuba or Nicaragua and they can even preorder this game and the order wtf.

Already tried and refunded since it couldn't be activated because region restriction even when in the site says it can.

Yeah, 2 days ago the game was available to preorder and after yesterday streaming it suddenly disappear. I don't think is my country fault since... only Bandai Namco is doing this because i have almost every gaming catalogue available but Bandai's, even now i fear to buy old tales of games.

We have the games in USD and usually tied to USA prices, the same prices and offers USA have, we have it.

I don't understand why neither, other companies doesn't seem to have issues releasing their games here and they already have a bunch still available. I really wanted Elden Ring, and was expecting Naruto Storm Connections.

Our oficial currency is not even on Steam to being with, our store only have USD ($) as currency so, if the game is 60$ for United State, is 60$ for us aswell. Bandai Namco is not risking selling their games here like in Argentina.

And the thing is only with Bandai Namco. Every game they launched on 2022 up to date is being blocked here. Not even on Cuba or Nicaragua where as stated have WORSE either economy and political situation.

They just keep ignoring our answers. Even this, Armored Core 6 was available to us to preorder and then 2 days before the game launched, they just blocked the game for us.

Companies don't care about race. I would definitely think it has something to do with laws, politics or money before I go thinking it has to do with race. It would be pretty terrible for a company to hurt their own profits just because of some racist ideology. And I don't mean just morally, I mean business wise. It would be like people thinking walmart closing stores in ghetto areas where they get robbed every single day is because they're racist lol.
