Fortify bug after latest patch

Hey,

I'm playing on latest patch on PS5 but wondering if other players are experiencing the same on pc. It seems like with the latest patch (got update today) that the amount of charges for fortify (used on thimble shell) are infinite. I checked assist settings and nothing is turned on.

I like using fortify for my playstyle but exploiting this bug is not very fun as it removes challenge.
Anyone else experiencing this?

Yeah, I'm experiencing this on PC as well, I thought I was going crazy! I've been mostly avoiding the thimble because of that. Fast traveling seems to at least reset it back to normal.
