Can't achieve "Well Adapted"

Learn them all but no achievement. I reset and relearn but still the same. I have this last one achievement to go. Bugged?

you found all 8? if you have 7 then the one you probably missed is either the mantis fist or the urchin bomb. i can not recall the mantis fist that well but for the bomb, what you need to do is go to carcinia and go to the lower area. look for a purple urchin guy and talk to him. then just continue running into him until he gives you the adaptation.
